  Over all Slow!!!!!! I feel.like 2 1/2 stars.
  
  My waitresses was young she did good. So I gave 3.
  
  The food was okay, the eggs over cook. Not all the food is fresh. Yes, they have precook food they warm up in a microwave.

  Disappointed in the staff. Visited with my brother on Thanksgiving because we were unable to travel home for the holiday. After a 30 minute wait to be seated, at a seemingly empty restaurant , with only 9 other families total, we expected to be served quickly. How very wrong this was, we sat another 45-60 minutes chatting, and calling family back from home, and we never received a waiter. All of this occurred while watching four of the five waiters who were on the floor continue to avoid the customers. After waving a waiter down to ask if our table had been provided a server he quickly walked away without responding. Luckily, after a complete waste of our time Denny's down the road located at 3345 Crain hwy was open and willing to put aside their disappointment for working on the holidays and show to work, ready to actually work. Completely disappointed with the customer service at this location, I expected much more from a "family-style" restaurant for active duty military unable to travel home on the holidays.

  Our food was good and hot. The wait to be seated was not long, but waiting for our food was longer than I wanted. Our server was new and the manager told us this up front, which I can really appreciate. The management team was great, actually on the floor helping the team.
