  The food was good. However, for an individual with a disability the signage in the parking lot Says "Buca's to go" crub service. Implying your food would be brought to you. This is far from the truth!! You must park and walk in. This needs to be corrected immediately. Had I realized this I would have had someone ride with me or ordered my food from another establishment.

  Tried them twice and found it to be expensive and not that good. I understand wanting to offer family style, but at least offer some cheaper sides to make it a reasonable price. You're better offer just getting frozen food, its cheaper and tastes the same.

  Toilets were clean
  Good price/amount ratio
  
  Neutral: food wasn't bad, but nothing interesting
  
  Bad: food took too long to be served
  Had the meatball subs with rosemary potatoes, potatoes were slightly undercooked.
