  This is one of the best chicken an waffle places I've tasted in a long time. A sensation of happiness immediately showers me when i bite into their chicken. The waffles are heavenly soft. If you dont like it something wrong with your taste buds!

  The food is good but the manager has the worst customer service. I found a hair in my food and called the store and talked to the manager Nor and he was very rude. I explained to him about the hair and even sent him pictures via cell and he says well my cooks have hair nets and my driver wears a hat and I said it clearly couldn't be my hair and I told him that it is very rude of him to even keep trying to justify as if it was my hair. He goes on to ask me what would I do in his spot. I try to talk and he cuts me off and says the waffles are just 10 cents if you don't want to eat from us that's fine. He was very rude and I just can't beleive a manager is talking like that. I, myself am a manager, I never once asked for any free food or money. My store including myself orders from them almost all the time..even catered a party from them. I think the his poor customer service was just disturbing. The hair wouldn't be the thing that drives me away...the poor attitude is.
